We are seeking an in-house Machine Shop / Operations Manager to oversee the daily manufacturing process of our machine shop.
The Machine Shop / Operations Manager will supervise and direct the personnel responsible for every stage of production (Machine shop, Welding, Assembly, Shipping) Key High's customers use our products to manufacture EV batteries, semiconductors, process gases, organic extracts, medical devices, LED manufacturing, fundamental research, etc.
Our components are found both upstream and downstream of the process chamber and are counted on for their quality and reliability.

The Job The Machine Shop / Operations Manager reports directly to the President.
Shall report daily, the performance of manufacturing, facility and operations.
Requirements Excellent Manufacturing and computer skills, with experience in manufacturing software, preferably in Elliot 8.
5 and other software like Microsoft Office, 365, UPS World Ship, AutoCAD, etc.
Minimum of 10 years' experience in manufacturing leadership.
Must have deep, complete understanding of manufacturing stainless steel components using common machine tools such as lathe, mill, saw, etc.
Self-motivated and innovative.
Strong attention to detail and ownership of work performed.
Ability to multi-task within a dynamic environment.
Fluent in English to include spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
Lead all aspects of the manufacturing floor.
Effective relationship skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
Manage shop floor employees daily, resolve issues.
Recruit, train and develop employees, continuously improve knowledge, and learn the business in a mid-size, high mix, environment.
Responsible for overall quality of all manufactured items Ability to inspect (measure) parts using common measuring tools (calipers, height gauge, micrometer, etc.
Work with the front office, manage teams to keep systems in place, assure on time delivery.
Analyze and prepare documents needed for production.
Create production schedule and align priorities with requirements.
Maintain other business-related issues as required.
Ensure manufacturing commitments.
Provide timely performance reporting and analysis to President.
Support objectives and all company policies.
Lead continuous improvement, create plans to improve.
Responsible for opening and closing of the building (7:
30am -5:
00pm M-F subject to minor change.
) Define opportunities for improvement, customer satisfaction and cost reduction.
Participate in the planning and leadership.
Maintain all Facilities and equipment.
Follow / implement all preventive maintenance schedules for equipment.
Document maintenance schedules as required.
Generate maintenance schedules as required.
Fix / replace equipment as required.
Responsible for maintaining appropriate levels and ordering all tools & supplies.
