We're looking for someone who has project management and phase gate process experience in a manufacturing environment. The Sr Project Manager will be a central point of contact, solving problems with nimble planning and a healthy dose of thinking on your feet.
Responsibilities:
Lead/Manage multiple projects utilizing strong project management and product development best practices. Drives use of Safe Fleets Cornerstone Phase Gate process throughout the project life cycle ensuring all team members utilize the process accordingly Collaborate with project team and management to define project scope and objectives Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan based on agreed upon deliverables Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress Provides technical support for all project phases; product/process development, project execution and transition into manufacturing. Must manage all project requirements including equipment evaluation and procurement, contractor selection, tooling development, BOM creation and coordination of all project resources to ensure successful project execution, validation, and handover to manufacturing.
Qualifications:
Strong familiarity with project management tools, executing in a phase gate process environment, and utilizing product development best practices Prior Experience in successfully managing New Product Development projects in the role of project manager Experience working with diverse teams on multiple sites Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle from concept to launch Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline Must be self-motivated, have good interpersonal skills, capable of analyzing and solving complex problems through innovative thought and experience. Ability to manage multiple cross-functional teams simultaneously. Experience in an engineering environment with significant manufacturing exposure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to deal with all levels of staff, suppliers, and operations Demonstrated success handling multiple priorities in changing environments. Able to lead a team to identify, break down and solve a variety of difficult technical problems Disciplined and well-organized in documentation (plans, requirements, drawings, design reviews, and test methods) Ability and willingness for occasional travel to support project objectives Education/
Experience:

years of project management and engineering related experience in a product development environment Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math or Science, Master's degree preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Business Project ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
